These waves look fun, even though they are small.

I can’t get past 180 degrees can someone help me? I can’t get enough spin even with putting my legs up and centering myself along with throwing my head of my shoulder? Is there something I’m missing?

I wear dafin barefoot as need a symmetrical fin with wide foot pocket In winter ms vipers in large 4mm socks , no rubs at all. Hoped i could stick with same brand but for some reason that combo didnt work . Oh man took ages to get fins that felt right .

Recently bought a gath and its the most comfortable

i just got normal surf boots, 2mm and no more bruises

I wear a simba and it’s class and I get lots of compliments

Due to uk South coast crowds I now wear a gath

I've been wearing a Dakine Surf Trucker hat for about a year and while it does look a bit dorky, I wish I'd started wearing one YEARS ago! Not only does it protect my head from sunburn, but when I'm riding it keeps a bit of spray out of my eyes. Please try to find less dorky models and I'll be happy to upgrade.

The sun hat with a somewhat hard plastic liner might be helpful for gardening, the sort that can involve minor head bumps. For serious, there's professional arborist equipment. In surf, I've sort of converted to using hooded 4/3 an 3/2 wetsuits when it's cool enough. Sun protection and contributes to keeping ears warm and healthy.

Which beach do you guys generally like to go in Costa Rica? I have been practicing bodyboarding in Manual Antonio beach.

I just started 3 days ago. I bought my first board 4 days ago 😅 I went into the water not knowing a single thing. It was fun but now after watching a few of your videos I realize I wasn’t doing anything right 😂 I’m so glad I came across your page. I’m heading to the beach now to implement what I’ve learnt in your videos. Thank you.
